• White & Gray Lifestyle LLP will not be  liable if any delay/ non delivery of goods happens due to flood, fire, war, act of God or any cause that is beyond the control of White & Gray Lifestyle LLP.
• Event of non-delivery – mistake by the customer (ie. wrong address, name, number) any cost or re-delivery will be paid by the customer.
• The Customer must agree to provide authentic information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of goods. White & Gray Lifestyle LLP reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point of time. If upon confirmation such customer details are found not true (wholly or partly), White & Gray Lifestyle LLP has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the customer from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
• All duties and taxes for International Shipping shall be borne by the customers. White & Gray Lifestyle LLP is not liable to pay any duties or taxes for shipping.

Returns

• Credit note will be issued against product order amount if the damage is reported within 36hrs of delivery
• Return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

• Purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if:
  • incorrect product was delivered
  • Product received has genuine quality or manufacturing defects or damage

Pottery Course

• Registration and payment is required to secure a spot in class
• Please go through  the DATES and the respective DAYS of courses and workshops
• Students will be shown how to use the various tools and machines which  are to be used for this Pottery Course and will undertake the utmost care for health  and safety and prevention of any accident. Studio White&Gray however is not liable for  any financial responsibilities in case of any injuries incurred, regardless of whether  injuries are caused by negligence or otherwise. 
• Students have to take care of their own material and products, Studio White&Gray is not responsible for any loss or breakage or theft of products and material. 
• It is mandatory for each student to clean the workspace and tools which they have used after every session.  
• Students are expected not to throw and litter the surroundings. All waste generated  during the session needs to be put away in the marked containers. Material meant  for recycling needs to be put in the recycling containers. 
• Discipline needs to be maintained in the studio/workshop and students may be denied entry to the Course or Studio/Workshop if the Studio-In-Charge so decides. No  refund will be applicable under such circumstances. 
• Transfer to an alternative class is not possible once you register. 
• Once the registration is received, our tutors or team will contact you for further discussion
• FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, a credit note will be issued in case of cancellation
• No refunds will be provided if the registration is not cancelled 1 week before the start of the program
• A refund of 75% will be provided if cancellation is done before 1 week of the date of the program
• If the student discontinues in the middle i.e after the 4th session, the rest of the fees will not  be refunded on any condition. Before the 4th session, if the student is willing to discontinue, fees will be deducted per session basis and the balance amount will be issued as a credit note. Articles made during these sessions will be recycled.
• Sessions missed due to any genuine reason will be covered as per the availability of the seats in the batches. NOT MORE THAN 2 SESSIONS will be adjusted
• Studio White&Gray will not offer a refund for the missed sessions
• White and Gray lifestyle LLP reserve the right to cancel or change the schedule of classes. The participant will receive a full refund in the event of FULL cancellation of the course, there will be no refund if the classes are rescheduled

Studio Facilities

• – White and Gray lifestyle is not responsible to any breakage or lost of article
• – you can buy clay for practice session from the studio if need or can get your own clay from the trusted vendors
• – article storage shelves will be chargeable after 1 day
• – articles found without any name tag or any note will be discarded after a 7 days
• – artist should be present during loading of their articles in the kiln 
• – if the kiln is damaged during their firing session, the artist is liable of fine as per damage
• – for gas kiln firing, artist will have to monitor the firing themselves
