Terms and Condition

• Please go through the DATES and the respective DAYS of courses and workshops
• Students will be shown how to use the various tools and machines which are to be used for
  this Pottery Course and will undertake the utmost care for health and safety and prevention of
  any accident. Studio White&Gray however is not liable for any financial responsibilities in case
  of any injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence or otherwise.
• Students have to take care of their own material and products,students are expected to name
  tag their material and articles. Studio White&Gray is not responsible for any loss or breakage
  or theft of products and material.
• Each student must clean the workspace and tools which they have used after every session.
• After the course hours and work, if you want to use the studio facility for practising wheel
  work or any other topics, it will be chargeable extra.
• Students are expected not to throw and litter the surroundings. All waste generated during the
  session needs to be put away in the marked containers. Material meant for recycling needs to
  be put in the recycling containers.
• Discipline needs to be maintained in the studio/workshop and students may be denied entry
  to the Course or Studio/Workshop if the Studio-In-Charge so decides. No refund will be
  applicable under such circumstances.
• Transferring to an alternative class is not possible once you register.
• Once the registration is received, our team will contact you for further discussion
• FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, a credit note will be issued in case of cancellation
• No refunds will be provided if the registration is not cancelled 1 week before the start of the program
• A refund of 75% will be provided if cancellation is done before 1 week of the date of the program
• If the student discontinues in the middle i.e after the 2nd session, the rest of the fees will not be refunded on any condition. Before the 2nd session, if the student is willing to discontinue, fees will be deducted per session basis and the balance amount will be issued as a credit note.
  Articles made during these sessions will be recycled.
• Studio White&Gray will not offer a refund for the missed sessions
• White and Gray Lifestyle LLP reserve the right to cancel or change the schedule of classes.
  The participant will receive a full refund in the event of FULL cancellation of the course, there will be no refund if the classes are rescheduled
• If the studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as weather conditions or Govt. regulation, or a pandemic such as Covid-19, we will make efforts to reschedule the sessions. However, we do not offer refunds.
